Orchard Children (Click here for Children News & Events.) We provide safe, fun, loving environments for infants and toddlers in our nursery area. To maintain safety, a security system is in place in each nursery. Please register your child at the children’s registration station located in the lobby of the children’s building.  Nursery caregivers are prepared to accept your children about ten minutes prior to Worship. Our nursery area is divided into three separate areas. NURSERY A 6 weeks to crawlers Infants are cared for in the nursery by people with a heart to be with children. In the nursery, children enjoy a safe and clean environment where they are played with, sang to, rocked, and changed with love by Orchard volunteers. To maintain a safe environment, a security system is in place. Nursery caregivers are prepared to accept your children about 15 minutes before Worship begins each Sunday morning. NURSERY B crawlers through beginning walkers Babies in this nursery have opportunities to move about and play while getting loving attention from caregivers. TODDLERS strong walkers through three years Toddler nursery is for children who are strong walkers through three years old. They enjoy interacting with each other and the adult caregivers while playing, listening to short Bible stories, and singing songs.  PRESCHOOL 3 to 5 years Preschool children are led in age-appropriate worship and have fun with their peers through creative and engaging teaching methods such as music, crafts, stories, and games. They are taught that God made them, God loves them, and God wants to be their friend. To maintain a safe environment, a security system is in place. Preschool volunteers are prepared to accept your children about 10 minutes before Worship begins each Sunday. KIDZ CLUB Kindergarten through 5th grade "Big kids" enjoy their time in the Kidz Club elementary area.  Children in kindergarten through fifth grade enter an atmosphere of creative learning, age-appropriate Worship, and energetic games. Every lesson is visual and experiential. Children engage in corporate Worship and Bible stories as well as grade level-small group experiences. “Big kids” need supervision, and a security bracelet system is in place for the elementary area. Elementary caregivers are prepared to accept  your children about 10 minutes prior to Worship. Please register your child at the children’s registration station located in the children’s building. EXPLORERS Kindergarten through 5th grade Join us on the EXPLORER adventure as we explore the Bible and its many facets. EXPLORERS is especially designed to engage children in kindergarten through fifth grades. It meets on Wednesdays for six weeks at a time and is like a small group for kids. Through stories, songs, crafts, and field trips, children learn about God as our Creator, the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, and our relationships with God and others. EXPLORERS meets throughout the school year.
